Job description: Employee TypeFull TimeVacancy TypePermanentTown/RegionOttawa, ONAbout the roleEarned Value Management(EVM) is a key component of Project and Financial Management of larger programs at Lockheed Martin. A Corporate toolset is utilized on all larger programs to integrate the financial and schedule components of Program Performance. The generation of a program baseline, and analysis and presentation of EVM metrics to different levels of stakeholders is a key component of this role.Including the EVM metrics and analysis noted above, the Sr Financial analyst Is the primary point of contact for all internal and external reporting on the assigned Program(s). Some of the duties and responsibilities are:Provide comprehensive, accurate and relevant analysis to the Program Manager (s) and Senior Business Operations staff;
Monitor and report on, cash, revenue, profit, backlog for monthly, quarterly and Long Range Plans;
Ensure the timely, and accurate preparation and issuance of invoices to our customers;
Ensure Cost System accuracy (SAP) of program costs incurred;
Support the PM and team with the generation of change proposals for pricing;
Lead and support annual Comprehensive Estimates at CompleteWhat you bring to the roleBachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Admin or equivalent
Superior communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization
Proven record of delivering results on large Canadian or International Government Projects
5-7+ years of experience in Financial management of larger $30M++ Contracts
Advanced Microsoft skills in EXCEL, Word, Power Point. MS Access is an asset
