Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Lottery Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the daily operations of our lottery systems, ensuring seamless execution and problem resolution. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating arrival and departure times for lottery supplies, monitoring issues, and providing timely updates on resolutions to the Dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of lottery systems and products.
• Maintain accurate scheduling of arrival and departure times for marketing supplies and lottery materials.
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch regarding any issues encountered, providing detailed descriptions, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail and digital solutions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing supply deliveries to retail locations.
• Support the rollout of promotional campaigns and new lottery games.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying details and resolutions effectively.
