Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lottery Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support our operational and marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication between dispatch and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:

  • Monitor arrival and departure times for lottery supplies and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track issues, detail problems, and document resolutions of operational failures, communicating them promptly to Dispatch.

• Marketing Supplies Management:

  • Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and distribution of marketing supplies for retail locations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our lottery games and enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborative Communication:

  • Liaise between various teams, including Dispatch and Marketing, to facilitate the smooth operation of lottery activities.
  • Provide updates and reports to management regarding inventory, supply chain issues, and marketing initiatives.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Identify potential operational challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or marketing (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with supply chain management software.
