Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lottery Operations Coordinator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lottery processes. This multifaceted position involves tracking arrivals and departures of lottery products, documenting issues, and communicating resolutions to the Dispatch team. You will also be responsible for delivering essential marketing supplies to support our promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document the arrival and departure times of lottery products and promotional materials.
• Identify, report, and resolve operational problems swiftly, maintaining functionality and efficiency within the team.
• Communicate effectively with the Dispatch team regarding details and resolutions of any operational failures.
• Coordinate the packaging and delivery of marketing supplies to retail locations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing campaigns and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on operational metrics as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in logistics or operations is a plus, preferably within the lottery or gaming industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
