Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lottery Operations and Dispatch Coordinator to support our dynamic team. This role involves managing the flow of operational details related to lottery dispatch, including arrival and departure times, troubleshooting issues, and documenting resolutions. You will also coordinate the delivery of marketing supplies to ensure our retail partners are equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record arrival and departure times for lottery shipments, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, working closely with the Dispatch team to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities and failure resolutions to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing supplies to retail partners, ensuring they have the necessary materials to promote our lottery games effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and operations, to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of our lottery services.
• Support special projects and initiatives aimed at improving our retail and digital offerings.

Qualifications:
