Job description: Bilingual Staffing Consultant – Contract – 17750About the OpportunityOur Government client is seeking a Bilingual Senior Staffing Consultant to support with a range of occupational groups. The opportunity is done remotely.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct/Screen all resumes and applications generated by the posting
• Develop and review SoMCs, rating guides and evaluation grids
• Creating a work plan and defining deliverables
• Developing and preparing assessment tools, guides, and materials, ensuring they are evaluated for potential biases and barriers
• Developing resourcing/staffing strategies linked to HR plans, job marketing strategy and tools
• Conduct interviews and references
• Ensuring all documents, tools and assessments are free from biases and barriers

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• 10+ years experience in Staffing for the Federal Public Service
• Must have completed 20+ staffing processes
• Hold a valid reliability clearance
