Job description: Technical Manager, Solution Delivery – Permanent – 18365About the OpportunityA well-established, Ottawa-based SaaS company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Delivery to join their growing Technical Operations group. Reporting to the VP, Technical Services, this person will lead a small team of Professional Services Engineers and Workflow Developers in the shared pursuit of efficient and scalable design and delivery of custom solutions and implementations.With a 25-year history of industry excellence, this software company boasts hundreds of customers globally and continues to expand their core product offering. Although this company offers a competitive compensation package, they are rather known for their innovative software solutions and decorated customer base. This software company employs a hybrid work model and, as such, only candidates local to Ottawa and the NCR will be considered.About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering Mathematics or equivalent
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience leading technical teams
• Technical background in software development ideally building out custom software solutions in a client-facing capacity
• Technical proficiency in OOP (Java, C#, etc.), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash, etc.), and use of various workflow automation and DevOps tools
• Proven leadership acumen with experience managing globally-dispersed teams in a remote-heavy environment
• Attitude and aptitude take precedence over a perfect technical match
