Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Salary: Competitive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control processes and procedures, as well as a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and protocols
– Review and analyze product specifications
– Conduct quality audits and inspections
– Identify areas for improvement in production processes
– Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures
– Monitor and track quality assurance metrics
– Develop and implement corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
