This role is pivotal in bridging various functions, including branding and marketing, design center, IT-digital, clinical operations, human resources, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that our digital initiatives align seamlessly with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize digital experiences that resonate with our consumers.
• Analyze and understand the interplay between people, processes, and physical spaces, ensuring an integrated approach to digital strategy.
• Work closely with branding and marketing to ensure a cohesive digital presence that aligns with our organizational mission and values.
• Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure innovative and user-friendly digital solutions that enhance the consumer journey.
• Engage with clinical and operational teams to integrate their insights into the digital experience, improving service delivery and patient interactions.
• Act as a liaison with human resources to foster an engaging internal digital environment that supports employee collaboration and productivity.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer feedback to refine our digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital strategy, user experience design, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of how digital experiences impact consumer behavior and organizational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for enhancing the digital landscape.
