Why are we hiring a Digital Manager?

  • We are searching for a strategic mind to lead our digital initiatives, lend expertise to the Marketing team’s campaign building process and ensure that the digital team members in the Marketing team, their platforms, and processes, are operating smoothly and efficiently.
  • This role includes working with the firm’s partners and other team members, providing insights into campaign performance, strategy development, and identifying opportunities for improvement when it comes to brand visibility and lead generation.
  • We want someone who is comfortable leading initiatives and familiar with platforms and programs such as Google Analytics, SalesForce, Pardot, SEM Rush, and WordPress.
  • This individual will collaborate with the team and be largely responsible for the development of email marketing campaigns, sponsored / programmatic ads, Pardot development, SEO and website management, reporting and analysis.

Are you a fit for our Digital Manager role?

  • You have 5-7 years of relevant work experience; experience in a professional services firm or B2B company is preferred.
  • You’re able to lead the development of digital initiatives and help create high quality brand visibility campaigns through multiple platforms.
  • You’re fluent (oral and written) in English; French fluency is an asset.
  • You’re able to track and analyze conversion and attribution; identify opportunities for future campaigns and existing campaign optimization; measure and report performance of digital campaigns and assess against objectives, KPIs
  • You’re not afraid to do A/B testing, learn new platforms and measure, analyze, and optimize unique digital marketing campaigns
  • You’re able to troubleshoot using problem-solving skills and brainstorm new and creative ideas for growth and business development.
  • You can work effectively in a team environment, staying curious and agile.
  • You have already managed a team and are recognized as an inspiring leader
