Today’s Shopping Choice is seeking a Manager of Web Merchandising to join our eCommerce team. Reporting to the Sr Director, Digital Channel, this individual will lead a dynamic team of passionate individuals and spearhead the execution of promotional and online merchandising strategies on The successful candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and will be a passionate and creative leader with strong analytical skills and experience leading teams.

What you will do…
– Manage the Web Merchandising team
– Execute online merchandising activities and promotions to achieve sales targets
– Increase average order size and onsite conversion on an ongoing basis
– Manage the quality of the online promotional content to ensure an accurate, relevant, and engaging customer experience
– Collaborate with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Programming departments to ensure consistency of promotional support
– Leverage web analytics to develop tactical plans to increase sales, maintain industry leading position and maximize the potential of the online channels
– Develop a deep understanding of needs of our customers, current market trends, and industry best practices
– Mentor a young and passionate team of employees to drive employee loyalty and engagement
– Other duties as required

What you will bring…
– Previous retail industry eCommerce experience along with a passion for consumer goods
– Experience in eCommerce platforms and content management systems
– Experience working with and driving actionable insights from web analytics platforms such as Omniture and/or Google Analytics
– Experience in building and leading teams
– Ability to work across functional areas and develop strong working relationships
– Excellent analytical, project management, planning, research and communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
– Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
