Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, or Industrial Engineering to drive product development and enhance our digital offerings. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch and optimize digital products.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform product strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and engagement.
• Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in the digital landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Experience Design, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and enhancements within a digital context.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
