We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, or Industrial Engineering, with a preference for those holding a Master’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product innovation and enhance user experience.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee e-commerce initiatives and digital marketing efforts to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product features and enhance the overall digital experience.
  • Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Experience Design, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a digital environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
