Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, Operations, or Industrial Engineering, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and design to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance product features and optimize user experience, driving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Oversee the execution of product releases, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Mentor junior product management team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce.
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital products and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices.
