Job description: We are seeking a motivated Manager to join our Group Benefits Member Personalization team!This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive engagement with our members. This role will be critical in furthering our digital transformation strategy and personalizing the member experience.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on high-impact opportunities to optimize member engagement that support achievement of identified KPIs. Fostering a deep partnership with enterprise data, analytics, marketing, and technology teams, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of our personalized communications strategy.*This is a hybrid opportunity in our Toronto or Waterloo office locations (3 days in office).Position Responsibilities:Digital platform communications roadmap planning and prioritizationMaintain the inventory of all the trigger based/ongoing communication and build a plan to transition them to new journeys, data points and templates.Prepare a strategic view of historical performances, identify customer pain points, drivers of calls/chat volume. Work with relevant teams to analyze trends and build a roadmap of tactics.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital engagement and personalization, applying insights to continuously improve strategies and tactics.Digital platform engagement and personalized communications deliveryResponsible for delivery of our member communications including collaboration with data, marketing, product, and technology teams to execute the digital communication and personalization strategy.Lead post campaign performance analysis to help refine strategies based on insights.Be a SME to the Product/Operations team to help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital engagement initiatives, identify potential focus areas and regularly track progress towards shared goalsDigital platform marketing and communications strategy, planning and executionCollaborate with marketing, product, technology, and analytics teams to further refine our member experience strategy and implement this across all our digital touchpoints including web, mobile app, and email.Leadership and coachingDay-to-day management presence and support for your team.Required Qualifications:4+ years of relevant experience, including digital product engagement and communications strategy.Experience managing a team.Experience executing digital campaign strategy by utilizing learnings from past performance and data-driven insights.Experience in analyzing reports and dashboards leveraging Adobe Analytics and Power BI to provide timely recommendations to improve overall digital performance for assigned initiatives.Experience project managing cross functional teams to plan, design, build and launch projects, with great attention to detail and transparency.Strong ability to rapidly gather, structure, and present data analysis with experience working with data science teams to derive actionable results.Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical issues into fundamental concepts.Strong relationship-building skills to build effective working relationships with Segment and business unit leaders.Highly developed financial acumen and business orientation.Ability to influence across all lines of business and at all levels within the Company.Adaptability to respond to changing and competing priorities.Work well under pressure.Polished presentation skills.High level of self-motivation and keen sense of ‘owning’ and delivering on project deliverables.Preferred Qualifications:1-3 years of Group Benefits experience is an asset.University degree.
