Job Description: Admissions Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Admissions Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing publications and communications aimed at attracting prospective students to our university. Your work will encompass a variety of mediums, including letters, brochures, website content, electronic communications, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Publications:

    • Design and create engaging brochures, letters, and flyers that effectively communicate the university’s offerings and value.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all materials.
  • Digital Communications:

    • Manage content for the university’s website, ensuring it remains informative, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
    • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to reach prospective students, highlighting key programs and upcoming events.
  • Information Sessions:

    • Plan, organize, and lead informative sessions both in-person and digitally to provide an overview of the university and specific programs.
    • Engage with prospective students and their families during these sessions, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding admissions, programs, and student life.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the admissions team and other stakeholders to refine communication strategies and identify promotional opportunities.
    • Gather feedback from information sessions and marketing materials to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or admissions, preferably within a higher education setting.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
