Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition into our organization, spanning various departments and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credentialing: Manage all credentialing processes to ensure new hires meet necessary professional and compliance standards.
  • Human Resources: Collaborate with HR to facilitate all aspects of employee onboarding, including documentation, training schedules, and policy orientation.
  • IT Access: Coordinate with the IT department to ensure new hires have the necessary access to technology and systems.
  • Benefits Administration: Guide new employees through benefits options, enrollment processes, and policies.
  • Immigration Support: Assist with visa and immigration processes as required for international hires.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to promote job openings and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Resource Coordination: Compile and distribute onboarding resources, manuals, and other relevant materials to new hires.
  • Orientation Facilitation: Conduct engaging orientation sessions that provide new employees with an overview of company culture, values, and expectations.
  • Service Line Support: Address the unique needs of physicians and providers during the onboarding process, ensuring a tailored experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in onboarding, recruitment, or HR coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and benefits administration.
