Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data collection system to effectively monitor and manage Service Line operations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to gather and analyze data that informs promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
• Generate regular reports detailing operational performance, trends, and key metrics to support management in evaluating program effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing data systems and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Provide training and support to team members on data collection processes and tools, fostering a strong understanding of the data’s role in Service Line success.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements based on data insights and operational analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, reporting tools).
