Job Title: Regional Profitability and Efficiency Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Profitability and Efficiency Analyst to join our team. As a key business partner to the East Region Sales and Marketing leaders, you will play a crucial role in optimizing regional performance and driving financial effectiveness.

In this position, you will facilitate Business Operations responsibilities throughout the period-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to forecast site sales and analyze marketing performance, providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with East Region Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing regional profitability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the period-end closing process by analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts by leveraging historical data, market trends, and insights from the sales and marketing teams.
• Analyze marketing effectiveness and ROI, identifying opportunities for improved performance and cost savings.
• Prepare and present reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and actions to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and business operations, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
