Job description: The Manager, Strategic Sourcing plays a key role in driving procurement strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization. Working closely with various departments such as marketing/culinary, finance, corporate communications, and quality, the Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

In this role, the Manager leads cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers who can meet the organization’s needs in terms of product quality, price competitiveness, and operational excellence. They also negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and monitor supplier performance to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives and standards.
