Job description: The Regional Vice President, Mass Market Distribution, Individual Insurance will be driven, laser-focused with a tremendous ability to spend time on what matters most, they will see opportunities where others don’t and get excited about two primary things: growing individual insurance & guaranteed issued product sales in the mass market and developing a successful A team!Passionate about guiding individuals to deliver outcomes as a highly functioning, engaged sales team. You’re able to accomplish these two objectives by developing a plan using the OKR methodology and staying motivated in a world of distractions. In a role that requires a “player/coach” attitude, the RVP must mentor the team while also actively participate in getting results. Not only is this a “leading” role, but it also involves being in front of prospective and current advisors and distributors.
