Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Marketing in daily operations and strategic planning.
• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Liaison with external vendors and partners to facilitate marketing activities.
• Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
• Conduct market research to support marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts, assisting in content creation and engagement.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
