Job description: The Marketing Agent will be responsible for contacting leads from assigned campaigns in order to promote and sell timeshare or marketing packages. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively transfer calls to Sales Executives, Telemarketing Agents, or Customer Service representatives. The Marketing Agent must be able to effectively address any customer issues and provide solutions in a professional manner. This is a remote position that requires a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
