Job Title: Marketing Agent (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Agent to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for dialing leads generated from assigned marketing campaigns and effectively transferring calls to Sales Executives, Telemarketing Agents, and Customer Service representatives. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers to promote and sell Timeshare properties and Marketing Packages, as well as to assist existing members in resolving any issues related to their memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executives or Customer Service teams.
• Engage potential customers in conversations about Timeshare options and Marketing Packages.
• Identify and address concerns or issues that existing members may have regarding their memberships.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide feedback to optimize lead campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
