Overview:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing strategies and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex marketing data to drive insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to forecast trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling is a plus.
