We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. This pivotal role will focus on driving business development efforts through the integration of marketing strategies, graphic design, research, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the brokerage team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
• Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential client opportunities, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, presentations, and other initiatives to promote the brokerage’s services and brand.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on business development and graphic design.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, with strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to synthesize information and present it effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and performance evaluation.
