Become part of this world and make a difference with us.https://www.weareams.com/The RoleThe role of the CWS Campaign Manager is to own and be accountable for the CWS marketing strategy, planning and execution.The role sits within Business Marketing, as part of the Global Marketing team, reporting into the Global Head of Business Marketing. This person will also have a dotted line to the CWS North America Service Line and its leadership team which may include Mark Jones, EVP, CWS Americas, and work closely with the CWS SMEs across the US and UK and Matthew Rodger, Chief Commercial and Corporate Development Officer who is the Board sponsor of AMS’s CWS business.Key AccountabilitiesCampaign planning
- Work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, CWS Business Leaders and SMEs across the business to understand the target audience and develop core messaging. Built a suite or material to communicate this message internally and in the external market.
- Build a cross-channel, integrated annual campaign plan outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, content, activity plan and KPIs.
- Pivot the plan as required based on results.
Campaign leadership and project management
- Project manage the development and execution of CWS marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Lead a project team of functional specialists from across the marketing team to deliver the campaign on time and within budget.
- Lead regular meetings with the whole campaign and subsets of the team.
- Keep a campaign project plan up to date and accessible to all who need access.
Campaign execution
- Work with the marketing content and creative team to deliver engaging campaign assets from whitepapers to social and email nurture streams.
- Work closely with the Operations team to increase organic visitors to the CWS pages on our website.
- Work closely with the marketing operations team to develop and implement a paid media campaign with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Partner with the social media manager to plan and execute social campaigns.
- Work with the regional marketing teams to plan and implement events: webinars, roundtables and conferences.
- Partner with the Head of Analyst Relations to bring key analysts into the campaign where relevant and ensure that content is shared with our analyst network.
- Work with sales enablement to ensure the right supporting sales material is developed to support the sales team to follow up on leads from the campaign.
Campaign tracking and reporting
- Track the results of the campaign and make recommendations on campaign pivots where needed.
- Develop a good working knowledge of 6Sense and work within the system on a regular basis to build reports and track the impact of the campaign in driving engagement and moving our target audience down the funnel.
- Report on campaign progress and success metrics in marketing and business meetings as required.
- Create quarterly reports to share with Marketing and senior business leaders demonstrating ROI specifically for the CWS service line
Skills & Experience
- Understanding of the contingent workforce ecosystem, products and providers
- Experience of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B environment
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions of the organization.
- Ideas person with a creative lens.
- Ability to turn complex solutions into engaging content and campaigns
- Commercial mindset and strong writing skills.
Additional preferred experience but not mandatory:
- Understanding of 6Sense and digital paid media campaigns preferred.
- Experience working within the talent industry an advantage
- Ability to engage, motivate and lead an agile project team over whom they have no direct line control.
