Job description: Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator (6 month full-time contract) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for Departure. This role will involve managing social media, coordinating with vendors and partners, and analyzing data to drive ticket sales and attendee engagement.Primary responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the festival, including digital, social media, email, content, and influencer strategies.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including advertisements, socials, videos, email, and web content.
- Analyze audience data and market trends to optimize campaigns for ticket sales and attendee engagement.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with creative, PR, advertising partners, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing the festival’s social media platforms, driving engagement and increasing followers.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance festival exposure.
- Work closely with sponsors and partners to fulfill marketing obligations and increase promotional reach.
- Support the Marketing Director in tracking budget and financial aspects of all marketing efforts.
