About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join one of the top fundraising teams in Canada as we advance our mission To Conquer Cancer in Our Lifetime.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, Brand and Digital, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of all our brand related activities for the Foundation. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day agency relationships as well as supporting paid media campaigns from brief to execution. If you have exceptional communication skills, a knack for problem solving and a passion for great creative, this role is for you.
While a hybrid work environment exists, time at the office is expected (700 University Avenue, Toronto)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans
- Play a key role in supporting the flawless project management across various campaigns and channels
- Prepare and present marketing briefs to the Creatives Services team as needed to support various communications initiatives
- Manage campaign tracking, status reports and work back schedules
- Manage the weekly and ad-hoc reporting on all marketing communications
- Manage day-to-day relationships with creative and media partners as well as third party vendors and donors as required
- Support in analytics of website traffic data as well as paid media campaign status
Skills & Qualifications
- A university degree or college diploma in marketing or advertising
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at an Agency or client-side, with demonstrated client service experience
- Experience with development and detailed oversight of work back schedules, management of status reports, budget tracking, etc
- Experience using Hootsuite, Meltwater, Google Analytics, MailChimp, web CMS (or similar products), and CRM tools a strong asset
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive, engaged self-starter who is driven to learn, contribute ideas, improve processes, and who works collaboratively while also being comfortable initiating projects and working autonomously
