The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategy by supporting DealMaker’s PR, communications, events, brand awareness, performance media, and brand strategy for the company and its CEO. You bring a creative mindset and a proactive approach, always looking for ways to optimize processes and deliver outstanding resultsTo make online capital mainstream, the DealMaker Marketing team needs to execute a marketing strategy that breaks the industry open. To do that, we need an outside-the-box thinker who also loves a good checklist!How will you create an impact-Executing the day-to-day tasks of DealMaker’s marketing campaigns, such as content creation, coordinating events and conferences, planning PR and awards, managing social media, making website content updates, and providing data analysis-Supporting the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, but also knowing how and when to develop assets on your own-Assisting in creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels-Coordinating with designers and creative teams to produce marketing materials, including graphics, landing pages, downloadable reports, videos, and presentations-Ensuring brand consistency and quality in all marketing communications-Managing minor website updates, including changes to copy and adding press and blog posts to the websiteCreating email marketing campaigns in Hubspot-Assisting in drafting and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials-Managing media inquiries and coordinating interviews with key stakeholders-Support the development and maintenance of relationships with media outlets and influencers-Identifying and executing improvements to processes across the marketing team’s initiativesCoordinating logistics for events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities-Managing event calendars and ensuring timely execution of all event-related tasks-Assisting in organizing and promoting events to drive attendance and engagement-Maintaining inventory of sales and marketing materials, ensuring all assets are current and accurateWhat you should have-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field-1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship, preferably with exposure to communications, events, or branding-Strong copywriting and editing skills-Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills-A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment \n\nFounded in 2018 by leading capital markets lawyers, DealMaker has blazed its own trail as the leading online capital-raising platform. Job Description
