- Develop and manage an effective product and brand marketing approach across multiple brands. * Utilize deep knowledge and skillset in Asset Management and Wealth to execute on data-backed marketing and branding methods and make the brand stand out from the competition. * Lead and motivate your team of high-performance specialists on how to develop campaign strategies and successfully drive sales enablement programs. * Employ a coaching mindset and behaviors to attract, retain, and develop your team within an inclusive, high-performance environment. * Work closely with a diverse team across various specialties in Canada, and partner with several teams internationally. * Collaborate with the digital marketing team to help promote an integrated, digital-first approach to the advisor and investor experience online. * Promote adherence to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, conduct risk, and all other standard risk management responsibilities within your team. Demonstrates a deep understanding of risk appetite and the risk culture of a large bank.
