Overview:
As a Marketing Guest Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ experience while driving marketing initiatives. This position blends customer service and marketing support, making it essential to our overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Provide comprehensive marketing assistance to promote the site and elevate guest experiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that engage guests.

  • Collateral Management: Order, track, and manage marketing collateral related to site operations. Ensure materials are up to date and readily available to enhance guest interactions.

  • Guest Check-in: Efficiently check in all guests at the front desk. Provide a warm welcome, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless guest experience right from their arrival.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and enhance the overall operational efficiency.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing marketing strategies.
