This role is based out of our Mississauga Head Office location (60% in-office, 40% remote).General SummaryThe Marketing Intern will be a key team member of the Marketing Teams over the fall of 2024. The Marketing Intern will be assigned one holistic business opportunity that will allow the intern to develop an in-depth analysis that will guide a strategic recommendation and creative solve to a business problem whose solution will have a significant business impact for their category. The intern will be expected to plan, develop, and execute the business recommendation that will culminate into a presentation to the VP of Marketing and Marketing Leadership Team.The Marketing Internship is a 4 Month Contract Position and will have the opportunity to work on exciting portfolios related to Campbell’s Meals & Beverage and/or Snacks, Brands including but not limited to Campbell’s® Condensed soups, Campbell’s® Chunky®, Campbell’s® Broths, Goldfish®, Pretzel Crisps®, Cape Cod®, Snyder’s of Hanover® and or Kettle® Brand.Primary Responsibilities:At Campbell’s, brand managers are the owners of their business P&L’s and responsible for all consumer marketing activities. As the internship introduces students to this role, they will be expected to collaborate with their cross functional team across multiple areas of accountability, which may include package graphics design; implementation of promotion and public relations events; volume forecasting; competitive performance analysis; market research; advertising development; new product innovation; and marketing strategy formulation.Our fall intern will play a key role in the company, and, in return, we provide them with a world class introduction to marketing. We are seeking high-energy individuals who are passionate about marketing and our brands. Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership, analytic, project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills along with the ability to work in a team environment.What you’ll gain

Minimum Requirements & Skills:
- Recently graduated in the Spring of 2024 and or in the process of earning an undergraduate university degree is required. A commerce degree is considered an asset. concentration in marketing or sales is also considered an asset.
- Co-op experience in CPG is considered an asset.

- Strong analytical ability
- Solid team Skills and fosters a fun and engaging work environment.
- Foundational marketing skills
- Creativity and emerging leadership ability through previous work experience or extracurriculars
