NVA Canada is looking for Marketing Intern to join our Canadian Support Centre team based in Oakville, ON.Get hands on experience in a supportive and purpose-driven environment and bring your creativity and drive to our team. The Marketing Intern will be supporting the NVA Canada Support Centre and NVA Canada veterinary practices with general marketing requests. They will assist in developing clinic and pet owner materials, communication resources, general coordination, and data management.What You’ll Be Doing:Empower our community of practices to grow their individual brands·
- Provide support to NVA Canada marketing team and hospital community locations to triage and fulfill inbound ad hoc marketing requests
- Assist with tactical requests and coordinate creative designs where appropriate (e.g. logos, advertisements, brochures, SEM, merchandizing, flyers and other collateral, content calendars, social media, email, websites, etc.).
Partner with NVA Canada practices to reach more pet parents
- Assist Marketing Business Partner to organize and launch comprehensive, commercial, and pet-centric national growth campaigns to drive organic growth and gain new clients
- Help build individualized clinic tactical plans and community connections upon request
- Administer analytics/measurement and reporting for effective follow-through and decision-making and manage budget, vendors and agency to coordinate logistics and deliverables for all projects
Foster enhanced communication
- Provide administrative support for NVA Canada internal communications, intranet, e-newsletters, and other clinic-facing messaging to build community and streamline and organize key messaging
What You’ll Bring to NVA Canada:·
- Currently enrolled or recently completed schooling in marketing, communication or equivalent
- Eagerness to learn more about marketing (traditional and digital)
- Strong prioritization, organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with MS Office and strong MS Excel analytical abilities
- Additional software experience an asset: Canva, Google analytics, wordpress, e-newsletter Adobe Creative Suite tools, Sprout Social, Meta, etc.

NVA Canada is seeking a Marketing Intern to join their team in Oakville, ON for a 4-month contract or Co-op role.
