Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and update software, and perform routine maintenance on computer systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must have a solid understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end-users of all levels.
Responsibilities:
