Position Overview:

Join our dedicated team in providing excellence to over 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Marketing Senior Manager and/or Marketing Director in managing the daily planning and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand and communicating our services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services.
• Execution: Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all initiatives.
• Content Development: Create compelling content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to engage our audience effectively.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff and administrative functions, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and measuring the return on investment of campaigns.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
