Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Production Efficiencies
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist focused on production efficiencies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to optimize our digital marketing processes across prominent channels including Oxygen, E!, SYFY, and Golf Channel, as well as our complementary digital assets such as Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, and GolfPass. Your objective will be to enhance operational workflows, drive effective campaign strategies, and ensure maximum productivity within our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in digital marketing operations.
- Analyze and optimize marketing workflows to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining a high level of quality and performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve production processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions for enhancing marketing efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on process improvement or operational efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and analytics tools, as well as experience with content management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen analytical ability to solve problems and innovate processes.
