What You’ll Do:

ECS is on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team across one of our vibrant Florida locations. This high-impact role is designed for a seasoned marketing professional who is passionate about driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and executing innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and growth targets.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms, enhancing ECS’s reputation in the marketplace.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
