Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that leverage paid advertising channels, including PPC, social media, and display ads.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on digital campaigns.
- Monitor, report, and enhance campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on paid advertising and digital strategy.
