As a vital member of our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with proven expertise in paid advertising and a passion for innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and lead junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of growth and creativity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a dynamic team.
