Job description: Job Title:- Marketing Manager III
Location:- Toronto, ON (Hybrid-2 Days onsite)
Duration:- 12+ Months ContractInterview – 2 rounds with a mini craft work.Responsibilities:

  • Define our mobile customer including what’s important to them, what we will promise them, and how we will go to market to achieve our 1 and 3 year goals.
  • Migrate current mobile web customers to our mobile app; apply mobile best practices to develop an app-only strategy.
  • Create differentiated, insights-based messaging and claims in partnership with Brand Marketing and Legal. Partner with research, martech, digital channels, and lifecycle marketing teams to create awesome end-to-end customer experiences to accelerate growth. Work with partnerships leads to enable 3rd party app to app experiences.
  • Influence the product roadmap through close collaboration with Product Management.
  • Analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of mobile marketing experience bringing new offerings to market, and driving revenue & customer growth.
  • Emphasis on mobile fintech is a plus.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest impact near-term and long-term levers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to define clear objectives and deliver business impact.
