Job description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity:The Personal Banking Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to contribute to thought leadership and strategy while delivering flawless execution, to help to drive retention and engagement of personal banking clients.This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketer who is passionate about leveraging data and consumer insights in impactful ways to drive measurable business outcomes. You will help to lead end-to-end marketing across a broad roster of targeted and owned channels to help to engage and retain our clients.Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to develop best-in-class targeted marketing campaigns, and for ongoing campaign performance reporting and optimization recommendations.Your diverse experience, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and contribution to the broader team’s winning culture, will be critical attributes for success.What will you do?

  • Collaborate with Line of Business and Cross-functional partners, to deliver marketing plans, that deepen client relationships and support Personal Banking business goals.
  • Contribute to insight-driven briefs, strategic frameworks, recommendations, and tactical plans, and help to lead best-in-class campaign execution across owned digital and physical channels.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to seek out new retention and engagement opportunities through proactive collaboration with other line of business and segment teams, leveraging client insights and data analytics.
  • Manage existing targeted marketing programs including identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize current initiatives to increase impact.
  • Build a strong working relationship with an extensive network of internal partners and leverage your ability to manage and stakeholder projects through in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on marketing results and optimize campaigns to maximize business results.
  • Plan and execute operational programs as required.

Must have:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with strong degree of expertise in CRM and targeted strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate lateral and horizontal teams in a matrix organization, to deliver successful results and drive positive culture
  • Experience planning, executing, and reporting on, marketing solutions that deliver ROI-centric results
  • Proven project management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, as well as confidently and effectively manage through timelines, budget management and collaboration
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with excellence; must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute targeted marketing campaigns

Nice-to-have

  • University degree in marketing or another related field
  • Financial Services experience
