Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleA fast-growing FinTech company in the mortgage industry is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Lender Partnerships to drive expansion and engagement with banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders across Canada.This is a foundational marketing hire , reporting directly to the Founder & CEO , with the opportunity to build and execute the company’s marketing and partnership strategy from the ground up .If you have deep connections in the Canadian lending space and a passion for growth marketing and strategic partnerships , this role offers the chance to make a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLender Growth & Partnership Development

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new lender partners (banks, credit unions, private lenders, B-lenders, monoline lenders).
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lender adoption.
  • Create co-branded marketing campaigns and educational materials for lender partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and expand key relationships.
  • Work closely with the Founder & CEO to refine go-to-market strategies for lender partnerships.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and implement growth marketing campaigns focused on lender acquisition.
  • Leverage email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and paid advertising to generate inbound leads.
  • Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies targeting high-value lender partners.
  • Optimize SEO and digital ad strategies to increase visibility and attract lenders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for higher engagement and conversions.

Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Position the company as a must-have tech solution for lenders by developing case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content .
  • Partner with Mortgage Professionals Canada, Canadian Credit Union Association, and other industry organizations to enhance credibility.
  • Create and execute educational webinars, workshops, and PR campaigns to strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing and partnership experience in the Canadian lending, mortgage, or FinTech industry .
  • Strong relationships with banks, credit unions, monoline lenders, and alternative mortgage providers in Canada.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, partnership development, and lead generation .
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, underwriting processes, and broker-lender relationships .
  • Expertise in CRM tools, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms .
  • Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills .
