Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and effectively promote our luxury home communities.
• Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to execution, including digital marketing, print advertising, and promotional events.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials while enhancing brand recognition within the local market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
