Job Description: Regional Media & Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Media & Marketing Manager to lead our Tier 2 (Ad Group) Planning and Strategy in the South. This pivotal role will focus on implementing and optimizing a diverse range of media tactics, including Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows, and Events, to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive media strategies that align with regional marketing goals and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Tactical Execution: Oversee the execution of multi-channel media campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, video, TV, radio, and event marketing.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning within the South region.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment of objectives.

  • Presentation: Prepare and present strategic media plans to key stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind proposed strategies and anticipated outcomes.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media planning and execution, particularly in diverse channels including digital and traditional media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A creative mindset, with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
