We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Media & Marketing Manager to oversee Tier 2 (Ad Group) Planning and Strategy within the South. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute innovative media campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across various channels. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of media tactics, including Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows, and Events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with regional goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for maximizing media impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize media spend and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Present strategic media plans and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with media vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality execution of campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in media and marketing, applying relevant insights to our strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in media planning and strategy, preferably in a regional or national capacity.
• Strong understanding of various media channels, including Digital, Social, Video, TV, and Radio.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for storytelling.
