They identify all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing project and then strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate team members. This includes facilitating daily stand-ups with team members, work backlog prioritization, removing obstacles for the team and ensuring that work is delivered on time.What You Will DoOversee end-to-end production of digital marketing materials, including web content, social media assets, emails, presentations, and sales enablement content, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.Owner and expert user of all Marketing workflow systems in concert with Marketing Production team. Using Workfront, the Marketing Production Manager will provide tracking, scheduling, and reporting on all jobs being completed in Marketing. Recommendations on workflow improvements are expected as are keeping up to date with system updates and software.Ensure Fidelity asset specifications and brand guidelines are followed to deliver consistent, high-quality digital content. Manage the flow of digital assets through the production lifecycle, and maintain organized archives in accordance with marketing production best practices.Monitor availability and status of marketing assets using Workfront, ensuring projects use the most current and approved content. Collaborate with the Digital Content team to manage updates, version control, and support timely archiving or replacement of outdated materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative Services, Translation, and external partners—on strategic initiatives such as digital campaigns and content automation projects. Monitor timelines in Workfront to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and cost-effectively, while identifying opportunities for workflow optimization.The Expertise You BringTake ownership of marketing production timelines and deliverables, acting as the central point of coordination when priorities shift or challenges arise. Demonstrate leadership, composure, and solution-oriented thinking under pressure, guiding stakeholders through ambiguity to keep projects on track.Excellent written and oral communications skills. The ability to effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external clients/vendors ranging from junior marketing staff to senior management.Expert technical skills with Fidelity’s workflow systems and production tools, including Adobe Workfront, digital asset management platforms, Adobe Acrobat, and others.Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.General knowledge of financial services or mutual fund industry experience is plus.Required Skills & QualificationsUniversity Degree, College Degree, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience as a Production Manager in a marketing or agency environment, with a focus on digital content production.
