Job description: Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for delivering high-quality marketing projects? Our creative agency is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of a major client in the United States.You’ll play a key role in supporting cross-functional project delivery, helping to guide timelines, manage communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and keep initiatives moving smoothly from briefing through to final delivery.We’re a collaborative agency that values initiative, creative thinking, and attention to detail. – Assist with developing and maintaining timelines, task lists, and workflow schedule
– Facilitate collaboration between creative teams, account leads, and client stakeholders
– Track and organize project assets and ensure they are properly submitted, reviewed, and delivered
– Manage updates in project tracking tools and ensure information is current
– Help maintain consistency across deliverables and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
– Provide status updates and flag delays or blockers early
– Take part in internal meetings and client calls to capture next steps and ensure alignmentWhat You Bring:– Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an agency or marketing environment
– Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep projects on track
– Familiarity with digital and print marketing deliverables (video, static, collateral, etc.)
– Excellent communication and time management skill
– Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
– Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Trello, or similar)
