Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Brand and Digital Workflow Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in facilitating collaboration between the Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials and resources. You will play a vital role in optimizing our workflow processes and providing training and assistance to team members across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing teams to streamline the flow of materials and resources.
• Schedule production timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all projects.
• Provide workflow and process training to new and existing team members to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Serve as a point of contact for department queries and provide ongoing support to foster teamwork and communication.
• Maintain documentation of processes and training materials for reference and onboarding.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendor performance and resources to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or workflow coordination, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and enhancing productivity.
