We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand and Marketing Workflow Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing teams to ensure the seamless flow of materials and resources across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the efficient transfer of materials and resources, ensuring alignment with project timelines and brand guidelines.

• Training & Support: Provide workflow and process training to team members in Brand, Marketing, and Digital departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Production Scheduling: Manage and schedule production timelines, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget.

• Communication: Act as a liaison between teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to streamline processes and address any challenges that may arise.

• Documentation: Maintain organized records of workflows, processes, and training materials to ensure clarity and accessibility for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within a marketing or digital environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for fostering collaborative relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
